We begin by cleaning and drying the teeth. The liquid fluoride is then applied to the teeth evenly. The process takes just a few seconds before all of your teeth are treated. We will instruct you to avoid eating and drinking for about an hour after the fluoride is applied. You can have this treatment done again at virtually any of your future appointments, since they are incredibly beneficial to the health of your teeth and your mouth.
