At Lifeway Dental we accept most PPO insurance plans. We will be pleased to file an insurance claim on your behalf as a convenience to you. We will also be very happy to call your insurance carrier and learn as much as possible about your plan benefits so that you may make an informed decision concerning your dental treatment needs.
What If I Don't Have Insurance
We realize every person’s financial situation is unique, for this reason, we offer payment options to help you receive the dental care needed to enjoy optimal health.

- Credit Card- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
- Care Credit
For patients who desire a monthly payment plan, we accept CARE CREDIT. We offer 6 and 12-month interest free financing with no down payment required, upon financing approval.
